Senior Center Federal Funding
In August 2006, the Department of Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) received $274,149 in federal funds intended to strengthen the network of senior centers and meal sites in our rural state.
Through an RFP process, 16 sites were awarded funds to implement local projects.
A final report is due to the Administration on Aging in April 2007.
