To ensure adequate statewide community feedback is provided to both the Core Planning Team and the Community Advisory Committee the State will use a network of Community Feedback Partners to advise the state as policies are being developed.

The Community Feedback Partners include 8 Long-Term Care Coalitions, the Vermont Association of Professional Care Providers, the Vermont Association of Adult Day Services and a group of providers representing the Connecticut Valley area.

This feedback will be organized and presented to the quarterly meetings of the Community Advisory Committee. The Community Advisory Committee will review the input from the feedback process and make recommendations to the Core Planning Team.
