This report contains a break-out of the results of the consumer satisfaction survey given to consumers of developmental services in the summer of 1999. Data from the interviews is analyzed across residential settings, type of employment and day activities and type of guardianship. - Consumer Satisfaction with Services Received in the State of Vermont (January 2000)
Consumer Satisfaction Project, Burlington, VT (Susan L. Culbert, Ph.D., Sara Burchard, Ph.D., Matthew C. Mishkind, M.A.)
This report contains the results of the consumer satisfaction survey given to consumers of developmental services in the summer of 1999. The survey was conducted as part of the Division of Developmental Services’ quality assurance process and includes results from interviews with 200 consumers across 13 agencies. The report includes information obtained on consumer satisfaction with residential living, work and/or day activities, community services, case management, social support, neighbors, leisure activities, self-advocacy and other areas of interest. A brief overview report is available for each of the 14 developmental service agencies that provide family support. Brandon Training School
- Closing the Doors of the Institution, Opening the Hearts of Our Communities - Brandon Training School 1915-1993

The Brandon Training School closing ceremony took place in November, 1993 to celebrate the closing of the school after 78 years of operation. This report summarizes the final three year process to close the institution. It provides a brief history and a description of the unification plan, the community placement process, and ingredients that made it a successful process.
