  Long Term Care Coalitions Questions and Concerns Public Meetings on 1115 Waiver. During May and June 2002, community Long Term Coalitions around the state held public meetings to begin the public dialogue about the Department's interest in expanding Vermont's current "1115 Waiver" to restructure our long term care Medicaid programs.
